Straight answers.
Why do I pay up front?+
The fee is what puts us on your side of the table. It pays your senior broker to locate the car, call dealers and negotiate, with no commission from the dealer pulling the other way. If we can't land a deal you're happy to sign, it's refunded in full.
When would I get my fee back?+
If we can't find the car you asked for, or you don't want to sign the deal we bring you, request your refund and the full fee is returned. Exact terms are in your broker agreement before you pay.
Are you a dealership?+
No. We're licensed auto brokers. We don't own inventory, so we have no reason to push one car over another. Your car is sold by a franchised dealer and we negotiate that deal for you.
Does it matter where I live?+
We work with customers across the country. Your lease is written for where you live and the car is registered in your state. We walk you through tax and registration before you sign.
How does delivery work?+
After you sign, a licensed transport carrier brings the car to your home or office. Delivery cost and timing are in your written deal up front.
What credit do I need?+
The lowest payments usually need top-tier credit. If your score is lower we'll still shop it and show you exactly what you qualify for before you commit.
